Tosh is there at the drop of an hat to deal with any minor issues and nothing is too much trouble. He called in ever few days after the move to make sure everything is ok. Moving from Cambridgeshire back to the North East and found the Rennington Meadow site at very early stages of the build. On every visit Joanne, Janet, Mark & Tosh were there to support and advise on all the detail of our first home purchase, they could not have been more helpful and we are thrilled with the plot we chose and the fixtures and finishes. On moving in Tosh the Site Manager could not have been more helpful, checking in on us a few times a week to ensure all the snagging we needed was getting done, and to a high standard. All the extras and changes we asked for were completed as requested. I have worked as an Estate Agent selling new builds in the past and I know what to look for when it comes to build quality, and would highly recommend this developer and team to anyone looking to buy a new home.

The staff on Rennington Meadows site in East Rainton have been excellent and have made a stressful and drawn out move from South to North easy and straight forward. The Sales Team, Joanne and Jan are friendly and approachable and have even been a shoulder to cry on when our house sale in the South was proving really difficult. They have a wealth of experience in the housing sector between them and their guidance has been helpful and much appreciated. Every member of staff that we have come into contact with on site has been friendly and courteous. In particular Tosh the Site Manager, very customer facing, polite and courteous with a good sense of humour. No problem big or small is too much trouble for him. Any issue is attended to promptly, tradespeople are accompanied by him to ensure issues are dealt with to his high standards and your satisfaction. Considering that we are living on a building site there is minimal disruption, site vehicles are moved immediately to allow you entry and exit from site and never any building debris left to obstruct roads or pathways. A very clean site, down to good site management by Tosh. We are enjoying living here and don't regret our decision to purchase a property on Rennington Meadows.

Bought our first home together on the Rennington Meadow estate. After seeing the quality of workmanship and materials, no other show home could compare in the immediate area. Liaised with Joanne and site manager Tosh throughout the whole process. I couldn’t thank Tosh enough for how efficient he has been to have some imperfections/snags corrected. He’s a very approachable site manager who always makes himself available even if it’s just for some advice. Thanks again for making it a pleasant experience. Would recommend.

We have been moved into our new property on Rennington Meadow since the end of March and couldn't fault any stage of our experience so far. Jan from the day we first viewed the estate has been brilliant and so welcoming even when we viewed the showroom 10 or 12 times! From day one of moving in Tosh our site manager ('the Boss') has been looking after us and has been great and any issue we need sorting he's on it or is updating us or giving us a knock to let us know progress. Buying a home is always stressful but the Team at Rennington Meadow make everything easier. Would highly recommend Rennington Meadow and Wynyard Homes.

We bought at Towerburn View Shilbottle and have just moved in. Joanne in the sales office has been fantastic from first contact. On moving in we were given the site managers contact details for any issues or snags which I was quite surprised at because I've bought new build houses before and have had to go through a customer care department but Alex has been brilliant, great communication and gets things organised quickly. We downsized and was a bit concerned about size but loving the layout of my new home, lovely big spacious dining kitchen, bedrooms really generous and doesn't feel like we have downsized at all. Location is perfect for us good links to the A1 and great pub and lovely restaurant in the village.

We are really pleased with our new home and the service to date, Kerry at the Steadings office is so friendly, approachable has made our experience from the minute she took over brilliant! Steve the site manager has been amazing, there are always snags etc with new builds but Steve has no excuses, he goes the extra mile to get everything sorted promptly and has a great way of making you feel really comfortable. Within a day of emailing Steve the snagging list he had contractors booked in, and the couple of issues we needed fixed asap, sorted the next day. He promised when we completed to look after us and he really is. Thank you both!

We are about to move into our new 4-bed house here in Shilbottle 🙏! We came here back in August 2025 to view the 3-bed show house and we met Joanne at the sales office, who was more than helpful in assisting us with our viewing! She also asked if we would like a drink and actually made us a lovely cup of tea (how lovely!). This 3-bed show house is absolutely beautiful, but not available to buy until the end of 2026. So we drove to the nearest beach at Alnmouth for a little stroll. After about an hour, Joanne phoned me and asked us if we would pop back to view a 4-bed Tweed, which was ready to buy with carpets and lawn all done! She went above and beyond to show us plot 4, which we are now very close to and excited to move into. We have just returned to Shilbottle to do a house demo on 1st/2nd November, and were again met by the lovely Joanne and Alex, the site manager, who also went above and beyond to show us around the house again and explained absolutely everything we need to know! He is also very knowledgeable and pointed out where the heating pipes are running through the house, so I’m not likely to damage them if I’m drilling or putting fittings up. I can’t fault our experience with this company, and now hopefully we will soon be moving into our lovely new home.🏠
